Wrapped up warm: American Idol judge Jennifer Lopez arrives at toy store FAO Schwartz in New York with her children today
The initial audition stages may still be being screened, but Jennifer Lopez already has her eye on a few potential frontrunners to win American Idol.
The judge, who joined the show this season, revealed today that she has picked out a few favourite contestants she thinks are good enough to win the show.
'I thought that about a few different people,' she said this morning.
'And as we go through the process and I see them perform more and more, it changes. That's how many good people we have.'
Jennifer also told The Morning Mash Up on SiriusXM that she had bonded with her fellow judges, especially Aerosmith's Steve Tyler.
'We have a great time,' she said. 'When things come out of his mouth, I think half of the reaction is, I whip my head to the side and I'm like, "Did you just say that?"'
Shopping time: Even Jennifer looks excited to be heading to the toy shop
Jennifer took a break from Idol today as she and husband Marc Anthony took their children Max and Emme to the famous FAO Schwarz toy store in New York.
Jennifer, 41, wore a long cream cardigan and matching bobble hat, keeping comfy in a snug pair of Uggs.
The twins, who turn three this month, were carried into the store by assistants.
Excited Emme, who had a pink E on her striped hat, and her brother then walked around the store with their famous parents.
They examined the toys on offer in the stuffed animal department, with the help of their mother.
