Celebration: Andy Murray and girlfriend Kim Sears (left) joined groom Jamie Murray at his wedding to Alejandra in Dunblane, Scotland yesterday
Tennis player Jamie Murray, the older brother of Andy, married his Colombian girlfriend in his hometown yesterday.
Close friends and family gathered at the upmarket Cromlix House Hotel in Dunblane for Murray's wedding to Alejandra Gutierrez.
Jamie, 24, has dated Alejandra for the last two years after meeting her in London, where she was studying.
Their wedding banns had been posted at the registry office in the Stirlingshire town and it is believed Andy, 23, acted as best man.
While the Murray brothers kept in Scottish tradition by wearing their family kilts and sporran, the bride wore a strapless white tiered gown and long-sleeved gloves.
Guests arrived at the hotel in a coach early this afternoon and security was posted at the gate.
His mum Judy Murray arrived in a silver stretch limo and grandparents, Roy and Shirley Erskine, who still live in Dunblane, were also among those attending the hush-hush ceremony.
The wedding follows a stag night organised by brother Andy - the world's tennis number 4 - at a nightclub in London last month.
In 2007, the then 21-year-old Jamie won the mixed doubles at Wimbledon with Serbian partner Jelena Jankovic.
