Up to standards? Joan Collins bumped into Cindy Crawford at the Grove in Los Angeles yesterday
Just last week Joan Collins announced that the age of the classic beauty was over, in a scathing attack on modern stars.
So let's hope supermodel Cindy Crawford came up to her high standards yesterday.
The pair bumped into each other at the Grove shopping center in Los Angeles, where they were both filming for an entertainment show.
Joan, 77, dressed in classic Hollywood style in her white dress and coat, with matching heels and handbag.
But Cindy, 44, was more relaxed in jeans and a blue top, keeping the look smart in heels.
Dynasty actress, Joan, said this week that the public were ‘starved of gorgeous people’.

She added: ‘When I was young, everybody on screen was gorgeous.
‘I have to say, there aren’t that many good looking actresses around today. I mean, there’s Angelina Jolie and there’s... Angelina Jolie.
‘Jennifer Aniston is cute, but I wouldn’t call her beautiful. She’s no Ava [Gardner] or Lana [Turner].’
But perhaps Cindy will live up to her high standards.
It shouldn't be too hard - the supermodel is known for her classic good looks.
